The Pop-Up Innovation Lab concept allows all existing and new Cookhouse Lab members to engage with insurance experts in different locations around the globe for limited periods of time. Our Pop-Up Lab offers the same services our “home base” test kitchen in Toronto, Canada, using our unique Cookhouse Lab recipe for innovation. Our Pop-up lab in Munich will be held at the smartvillage Pavillon.
The Cookhouse Pop-Up Lab is back in the Bavarian capital leading up to msg group’s insurance conference inscom, which is held from September 24 to 25 in Munich.
As Munich is one of the largest InsurTech hubs within Europe, we intend to run a variety of projects covering a wide range of topics including risk management, insurance distribution, and claims.
Join Cookhouse Lab in accelerating insurance innovation via co-creation and collaboration!
Each innovation project will begin by establishing a Lean Startup mindset with participants, followed by the phases of Design Thinking as supported by a variety tools. The ultimate goal is to create an Innovation Report and a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for each project, the fidelity of which will depend on the project length.
Cookhouse Pop-Up Lab will provide a team consisting of innovation experts, research staff, a UX/UI designer and technical experts to support each innovation project. In addition, through our business partners, relevant legal, technical, and coaching support is offered to achieve optimal success!
